Why can the same drain block again?
A clearance removes an obstruction but may leave its cause, such as a damaged section, an unsuitable connection or repeated material entering the drain. The next step should follow the observed findings.
Is a camera survey always included?
Only when stated in the scope. Ask whether it is needed to establish the cause, confirm the route or record the condition after clearance.
