This section is completed when a Customer wants Services to start during a statutory cancellation period:
> I expressly request that Black & White Property Services begins the Services before the cancellation period ends. I understand that, if I cancel after work has begun, I must pay a proportionate amount for Services supplied up to cancellation. I understand that, where the Service is fully performed, I may lose the right to cancel once I have expressly acknowledged that consequence, as provided by law.

This form does not reduce any statutory right.
