Black & White Property Services repaired a buried water pipe at a residential property in Blyth in June 2024. The work required access through a concrete floor and the removal and reinstatement of kitchen fittings around the repair area.
Black & White Property Services completed chimney and associated roof repairs at a residential property in Blyth in August 2024. Arranged through a property-management company, the work combined replacement leadwork, local repointing and gutter clearance.
The tub table was draining slowly and backing up through its waste connection. The initial instruction allowed for investigation and minor adjustment, while recognising that a deeper blockage or structural fault might require further work.
The hospital needed a replacement system capable of serving its radiator load and hot-water demand. Work had to be coordinated around a live clinical environment, with access and temporary service interruptions agreed with site staff.

The first visit concerned a failed high-level 3kW unvented water heater serving a staff hand basin. During that attendance, fan-coil pipework also showed minor joint weeping and locally undersized connections. The later call concerned a loose, dripping staff-bathroom tap.

The project replaced flooring across the main practice, annex and radiation room with a Polyflor Ultra PUR safety-floor system designed for a clinical veterinary environment.

Black & White Property Services repaired storm-damaged cladding at an apartment block in Newcastle in July 2024. Commissioned through an estate-management company, the work focused on replacing missing boards on the front elevation and reinstating trim beneath a window.
Thaikhun at the Metrocentre reported failed lighting above a customer table and in another area of the restaurant. Black & White Property Services attended to diagnose the affected fittings and restore the lighting safely.
Black & White Property Services restored a timber window at a veterinary property in Whickham. The repair retained the existing window and focused on replacing decayed timber while preserving its appearance.
Black & White Property Services completed temporary repairs across the tarmac and gravel parking areas at a veterinary site in Backworth. The work took place over two visits, using macadam for potholes in the tarmac and compacted Type 1 aggregate in the gravel areas.
Wingstop at Newcastle Metrocentre reported that its rear door could not be locked, leaving the premises insecure. Black & White Property Services attended out of hours within the four-hour response window.
