Three-Storey Car Park Cleaning in Newcastle
Black & White Property Services cleaned all three floors of a hotel car park in Newcastle in August 2024. Delivered through an environmental-services company, the work combined sweeping and jet washing with targeted sanitising.
The challenge
The car park needed sweeping and jet washing throughout. The most affected corners and the pedestrian entrance also required sanitising.
Work completed
The team swept and jet washed all three floors, then sanitised the worst-affected areas, including the corners and pedestrian entrance.

The full three-floor clean was completed, with additional treatment at the pedestrian entrance and affected corners.
