Each participating Black & White business is responsible for the legal, regulatory and contractual requirements that apply to its own legal form, services, customers, people, locations and data. Black & White Group provides shared standards but is not a legal entity and does not take on those duties.
The responsible business identifies applicable obligations, maintains required registrations and permissions, appoints competent people and retains appropriate evidence. Proposed services, territories, technologies and contracting models are reviewed before use where they could change licensing, safety, consumer, employment, tax, privacy, environmental or sector requirements.
Public legal names, statutory disclosures, privacy information and contract terms belong to the relevant business. Sensitive identifiers and credentials are not published merely because a disclosure is required elsewhere. Suspected non-compliance is recorded, contained and investigated, with professional advice and regulatory or customer notification obtained where appropriate.
