Which service do you need?
A boiler service, gas safety test, heating repair and boiler replacement answer different questions. Include the appliance, fuel, controls, flue, operating duty and effect of downtime so the first scope is not narrower or broader than the actual requirement.
Repairs, maintenance and projects
A reactive request may lead to a repair, further investigation or a replacement recommendation. Planned maintenance identifies recurring tasks and asset records. Larger alterations connect with projects, while the correct service page explains the technical decision in more detail.
Planning the work
Planning depends on plant access, isolation, fuel and appliance details, flue and ventilation interfaces, controls, occupied areas, hot-water or process needs and the handover records required. Gas work must be assigned to delivery parties with the required competence and authority for the actual task. Agree who can authorise access, isolation, additional work and handback before attendance. Completion records should state what was inspected or completed and what remains open.
Work across sectors
Offices, education, retail, hospitality, care, industrial premises, warehouses, residential blocks and managing agents may have different occupancy, duty, access and continuity requirements. These examples explain planning differences and do not limit the full offering. Explore all sectors.

FAQs
Is boiler servicing the same as gas safety testing?
No. They have different purposes and records. The required appliance, installation and document should be named before work is arranged.
Can heating work be coordinated with other trades?
Yes. Identify controls, electrical supplies, flues, building fabric, access and any project interfaces at the outset.
How is downtime planned?
The affected system, occupancy, hot-water or process requirement and available staged or temporary arrangement must be assessed for the particular site.
What information helps with a heating enquiry?
Provide the site, appliance or system details, fault history, records, operating duty, access and the desired result.
