Storm-Damaged Cladding Repairs in Newcastle
Black & White Property Services repaired storm-damaged cladding at an apartment block in Newcastle in July 2024. Commissioned through an estate-management company, the work focused on replacing missing boards on the front elevation and reinstating trim beneath a window.
The challenge
Storm damage had left shiplap boards missing from the front elevation. Trim beneath a window was also missing, and tower access was included in the repair scope.
Work completed
The team replaced the missing shiplap boards on the front of the block and fitted replacement trim beneath the window.
Result
The missing boards and window trim were reinstated, completing the local repairs to the affected elevation.
