Insurance and Credentials Statement
Before work is accepted, the business considers whether the activity, customer type, location, contract value, design responsibility, tools, regulated trade and proposed terms fall within current insurance and competence. A certificate confirms cover only on its stated basis and date; it does not guarantee that every claim will be accepted or that every service description is insured.

Only verified, current evidence is supplied. The insured trading identity, policy period, activity description, territorial scope, limit and relevant conditions are checked. No additional-insured status, professional indemnity, insurance-backed guarantee, waiver or cover for another contractor is promised unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Specialist and regulated work is assigned only after the delivery party's competence, registration and insurance are checked for that task. A supplier's certificate supports due diligence but does not remove responsibility for appropriate selection and coordination. Historic policy correspondence and expired limits are not reused.
