Which service do you need?

An overflowing gully, a blocked internal drain, a pump alarm and a structural defect are different problems. Describe the symptom and affected route before selecting the remedy. Cleaning or unblocking may restore flow, while CCTV or another assessment may be needed when the issue returns.

Repairs, maintenance and projects

A reactive request may lead to a repair, further investigation or a replacement recommendation. Planned maintenance identifies recurring tasks and asset records. Larger alterations connect with projects, while the correct service page explains the technical decision in more detail.

Planning the work

Planning depends on access chambers, flow and contamination risk, shared or private responsibility, surface protection, traffic or occupant movement and the records required after work. Off-mains assets also need their type, access, loading and discharge arrangement established. Agree who can authorise access, isolation, additional work and handback before attendance. Completion records should state what was inspected or completed and what remains open.

Work across sectors

Retail, hospitality, education, industrial premises, residential blocks and managing agents may have different access, hygiene, occupancy and responsibility arrangements. These examples explain planning differences and do not limit the full offering. Explore all sectors.

FAQs

How do I choose between unblocking, cleaning and a survey?

Use the symptom and recurrence history. A current restriction may need clearance, while a repeated problem or planned project may need CCTV or another investigation.

Does a clear drain prove the system is in good condition?

No. Flow can return while a structural, route or capacity issue remains. The appropriate inspection and records should answer the question being asked.

Can work be arranged across several properties?

Yes, with a site list, consistent asset references and each property's access and responsibility kept separate.

What information helps establish the scope?

Provide the address, affected area or asset, history, plans or reports, access details and the intended outcome.
