Black & White Group is the shared brand and governance framework used by participating Black & White businesses. It is not a company or contracting party. Black & White Facilities Limited and David George Swaddle trading as Black & White Property Services each remain responsible for their own services, contracts, people, records, legal duties and public information.
The shared framework sets common expectations for brand use, document control, ethical conduct, risk, evidence and review. David Swaddle, as Founder, approves Group frameworks and controls use of the shared identity. Each business makes its own commercial and operational decisions through people with suitable authority and competence.
Material decisions should identify the responsible business, relevant facts, risks, authority and actions. Conflicts must be disclosed, and nobody may commit another business or use another business's credentials without lawful authority. Controlled documents have an owner, version, approval and review date; a Group framework only becomes an operating obligation for a business when that business adopts or applies it.
This summary explains the public governance model. The detailed framework remains a controlled document so that internal registers, assurance arrangements and decision controls can be maintained properly.
