Agree the work
The scope sets out the task, dependencies, access, price basis and expected completion information. If inspection is needed before a solution can be defined, that investigation is a distinct first step. Changes to the agreed scope are discussed with the authorised customer.
Complete and follow through
The handover explains the work performed and any outstanding action. Where the scope requires test results, certificates, manuals or asset information, these form part of the agreed deliverables. A recommendation for further work is recorded separately from completed work.
