When arranging work in Kingston Park, explain how tools and materials can reach the property even if it is convenient by Metro. A visitor’s journey and a delivery are different practical tasks, so include unloading space, gates and any limits on vehicle access in your enquiry.

Newcastle City Council’s published travel advice identifies Kingston Park as a park-and-ride location. The article dates from December 2023, so use current information for fares and parking conditions. Its transport reference does not establish that a nearby space can be used for building deliveries or storage.

For a repair, describe the entrance and any stairs or distance from the stopping point. For an improvement requiring several deliveries, identify where items could be received and kept securely. If a landlord or managing agent controls access, include their instructions. The resulting plan can then reflect the practical movement of materials as well as the work itself.
